Seller Accepts the Offer

CPD Notifies Invesors Within the Region

Investors Conduct Viewings

Cornerstone Property Deals partners with agents, landlords & developers. By providing quick and efficient sales on properties with minimum work for the seller, we have managed to build a wide range of sellers we work with on a regular basis.

CPD can take on multiple properties, but a normal buyer will only take on one property.

CPD can take on a wide range of properties; from Single Let properties, HMOs & apartment blocks.

CPD will pay you a fee of £500 per property.
